There are many people on campus that help facilitate commencement ceremonies. The UI Commencement Team is based out of the Office of the Registrar and can assist with general commencement-related questions such as RSVP status, livestream info, program inclusion, and more. 

The collegiate commencement coordinators can help with ceremony details, accessibility accommodations, regalia, name cards, and more. 

We encourage you to find the contact info for your college below or fill out the web form which routes to the UI Commencement Team and we will assist or direct your question to the appropriate contact person. We aim to reply to all inquiries within 24 hours. We have staff monitoring the inbox Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Inquires made after office hours or over the weekend will be replied to on the next business day.
