Thank you for submitting a request to attend a spring 2025 commencement ceremony. 

How will I know if my request to attend has been approved?

A commencement coordinator for your ceremony will review your request. They will either reach out to you directly via email or you will receive a workflow notification indicating your form was approved. 

The email will come from workflow@uiowa.edu with the subject line: [Routing Complete] Spring 2025 Commencement Sign-Up: Early, Late, and Other Ceremony Attendance.

What should I do to prepare for the ceremony?

• Get your commencement apparel
• Share the guest information area of this website with your guests
• Encourage guests to sign up for the guest subscription newsletter to receive commencement-related emails
• Review the information on the ceremonies page for the ceremony you will attend
