Executive Vice President and Provost Kevin Kregel will confer degrees. Dean Edith Parker will deliver a message to students. Parker Harlow, of Peoria, Illinois, will be the graduate student speaker, and Maxwell Hansen, of Maple Park, Illinois, will be the undergraduate student speaker.
