Thank you for submitting a request to attend a fall 2025 commencement ceremony. 

How will I know if my request to attend has been approved?

A commencement coordinator for your ceremony will review your request. They will either reach out to you directly via email or you will receive a workflow notification indicating your form was approved. 

The email will come from workflow@uiowa.edu with the subject line: [Routing Complete] Fall 2025 Commencement Sign-Up: Early, Late, and Other Ceremony Attendance.

What should I do to prepare for the ceremony?

• Purchase commencement apparel
• Share the Guest Information area of this website with your guests
• Encourage guests to sign up for our Commencement Guest Newsletter to receive commencement related emails
• Review the information on the Ceremonies page for the ceremony you will attend

Who should I contact if I have questions? 

Please refer to the Commencement Coordinator contact information for your ceremony; they will be your best contact if you have questions. Their contact information is located on your college's ceremony page by clicking on the ceremony title.
